VirtualCall e-Course Program

VirtualCall e-Course program is divided into two sections. The first section is targeting Virtual Call Centre Operations which covers its components, management processes and technology. Thus, this section basically aims to teach virtual call center operators the infrastructure and methodologies on how to prepare themselves for their future job.

The second section of the e-Training Program is targeting the Virtual Work-From-Home Independent Contractor – Call Center Representatives directly. This section aims to brief virtual call center operators about the job itself, necessary hard and soft skills and how to develop them, the ability to correctly use the communication on a variety of channels with customers, and coping with stress together with problem-solving.
