HELP I can not understand VirtualCall e-Training system. You may self-train yourself about the e-Learning concept in general, from external resources and then come back to use the VirtualCall system.
PREJUDICE I do not like VirtualCall System at all. The VirtualCall System is based on the complete eagerness and motivation of the users and there is no enforcement that you will use this system. Therefore, you are advised to find equivalent ones for your future e-Learning efforts.
PDF You need to click twice to open de PDF view of the modules (sometimes it does not appear). PDF versions are displayed over Google Docs, for their availability in Google platforms. Depending on the loads on servers, you may need to repeat your clicks to open PDF Views.
TEXT SIZE Text is too small while the images are too big. Go to View Menu of your Browser and "Zoom in". You may also use CTRL+Mouse wheel in some browsers. Then scroll up and down for better reading. If you still have difficulties, then turn on "Magnifier" of your device or the Browser from their "Accessibility Menu".
FUNCTIONS Contents visualized in pop-up version are not readable, and “click to full screen” does not work. It is not easy to make bigger (fullscreen) the eBook View of modules. Read the Users' Manual very carefully before you launch to e-Learning.

FEEDBACK Unsecured Feedback Tooss: if I delete cookies, I can vote how many times I want interfering with the results showed. VirtualCall System is open to "Eager" and "Volunteer" users. If you would like to vote more than once on a unique item, there is no reason to play with your Cookies as VirtualCall sytem will allow you to vote after a certain time, as you may change your idea after the use. However, if you abuse the system (i.e. voting many times), your IP and/or Membership will be blocked.
AVATAR Avatar sound explanation does not work. Read the Users' Manual very carefully before you launch to e-Learning.
BANNER Some pictures in the banner seem big or large. We are open to receiving relevant pictures from our users for enhancing the banner.
LINKS Why do you link to external Open Source Software Providers? VirtualCall Project is an Open Source/Product environment. Therefore we exchange links with other platforms.
MAILS FAILING Why I can not receive system e-mails? Check spam box or any other similar and allow e-mails from VirtualCall.
VIDEO The video frame does not fit my mobile screen. Rotate and bring your mobile in the horizontal position.
HOME I can not go home page from any part of the platform Either click on VirtualCall Logo, or use the menu and choose HOME.
REGISTRATION Is it mandatory to be registered for following the training program No, unless you want to participate in the forum and chat sections, it is not compulsory.
